Job Description

Kelly Services is currently hiring a part time Human Resource Admin Assistant with at least one year of Administrative experience for our Windsor Kelly Services Branch. This is a temporary position and person would be hired as a Kelly Temporary Employee placed at our Kelly Services Branch. Temporary assignment length will vary based off workload, duration of position is estimated through November 2018. Work schedule is Part-Time - flexible office hours. Anticipated hours will be 20-25 per week. Applicant must meet all minimum qualifications in order to be considered. What you will do: - Assist in facilitating the candidate selection process including: sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, administering evaluations, scheduling interviews, initiating background checks, drug screens and reference checks, and making hiring decisions. - Monitor hiring process - Background Screens, Drug Screens and other Evaluations - Document order and candidate activity in Kelly Service front office systems - Support Onboarding new hires - Respond to candidate inquiries and addresses challenges in a timely manner - Provides additional administrative support, as necessary including: phone support, email follow-up/maintenance, document control, and mail management. What you will need: - Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred - High School Diploma or equivalent - At least 1 year administrative/clerical experience in a fast paced environment. - Must be able to function in complex and matrix environments with multiple stakeholders - Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential - Good communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal and decision making skills are required. - Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved. - Attention to detail - with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary - Strong problem solving and decision making skills required - Must have proficient computer skills including Database management, Outlook, Word and Excel. - Demonstrated experience in screening, hiring, orienting, training, assigning, and managing temporary employees a plus.
