The ideal candidate possesses strong multitasking, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. The entry level Accountant will be responsible for assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable, audit reports, and miscellaneous accounting tasks. Responsibilities: • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset, and general accounting functions. • Primarily involved in the analysis and evaluation of financial records and the interpretation and application of financial guidelines and the organizational internal financial policies. • Review and process vendor invoices, generate and review payment reports and reconcile for accuracy and completeness. • Prepare and process journal vouchers for deposit receipts, reconcile monthly bank statements and quarterly sales tax returns. • Maintain fixed asset register and review depreciation reports for accuracy and completeness
