RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of a Product Support Triage, Miami, Florida (FL). Summary: This opportunity is being offered to a selection of vendors which our client feels may be interested in, and capable of, the scope described below. This is not a detailed work specification and is not part of any formal bidding process. The intent is to gauge your interest in being considered for potential future work and to help us understand in approximate terms that might be required to meet our objectives. In addition to the scope described below, responses should include:
  • Resource mix
  • Approximate pricing
  • Other considerations to achieve scope and/or adjust our thinking
Our client's digital transformation is an initiative to digitize the guest and crew experience and continue to transform our delivery of technology. Due to the nature of the industry (whereas we manage complex and interconnected systems both on land and at sea) and the aspirational nature of the program, our technology continues to grow in size and complexity. While we strive for highly resilient, available and defect free experiences, we know incidents can and do happen. Our overall goal is to minimize the impact our technology has on the operation and ultimately the guest and/or employee. There are a number of data-driven activities that we continue to focus on to meet that goal, including proactive monitoring and alerting, continuous improvement in our development cycle, greater resilience testing and so forth. The purpose of this initiative is to continue to improve how we respond, specifically how we triage incoming incidents, when something does go wrong.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
