Ultimate Staffing is representing a company located in Crofton, MD who is seeking an Office Administrator to support their operations. Our client is a well-established organization and they offer a very competitive salary based upon a candidate's past background, experience, and salary history. The salary could range between $42,500 and $49,500 on an annual basis.
The duties of the position are varied, but could include:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Managing information for new hires and personnel files
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
- Performing work related errands as requested such as going to the bank, post office, and pick up lunch for staff members
- Maintaining employee workers' compensation files
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
