Manpower is looking for a Customer Support Representative for Miramar, Florida 33025
Pay Rate: $21HR
Term: 6 months ( temp to perm )
The Customer Service Representative oversees our ConSol ticketing system. You will take in new request for quote, new POs from customers, inquiries, and handle discrepancies
* Review inquiries from internal and external customers.
* Assign tickets (customer request) to team.
* Reviews the tickets, merges, add comments and any pertinent information that can be found in SAP pertaining to the request.
* Review Order Acknowledgments, PO delivery delays, comments from supplier and update the team.
* Assure that all requests are assigned immediately.
* Escalate any urgent request or reminders to Spare Parts Manager.
* Review ConSol at the end of day to assure all tickets have been assigned.
* Provide customers email acknowledgment with receipt of inquiry.
Experience and Qualifications
* Associate's Degree in engineering, or administration in related field plus 2-3 years experience in a customer service/call center operation, or working knowledge of product lines covered
