Product Marketing Manager, Ads Responsibility & Privacy

**Summary:**

Meta seeks a leader who is passionate about helping to ensure Facebook remains a safe and trusted environment for people and businesses. This person will join the Ads Responsibility and Privacy team, and will be responsible for understanding upcoming trends around data privacy and artificial intelligence, assessing implications for product teams and advertisers, and creating product development and go-to-market strategies that support both people and business needs. This individual will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Design, Communications, Policy and Privacy teams in their day-to-day work. The successful candidate will have good judgment, technical acuity, accountability and follow-through. They must thrive as a product marketing leader within cross-functional teams, exhibiting excellent analytical and communication skills. This person should have a track record of influencing product strategy and managing highly complex, fast-paced, often ambiguous projects.

**Required Skills:**

Product Marketing Manager, Ads Responsibility & Privacy Responsibilities:

1. Inform long-term ads product strategies for data privacy products, accounting for the needs of advertisers, consumers, and policy stakeholders

2. Lead comprehensive go-to-market strategy including sales and partner materials

3. Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding product & policy changes

4. Market assessment and requirements including impact analysis and competitive benchmarking

5. Represent internal and external stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative feedback

**Minimum Qualifications:**

6. 6+ years of work experience, including 4+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology, and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels

7. Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently

8. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results

10. Communicator with experience simplifying complex concepts

11. Experience in the advertising or communications sector

12. Analytical skills, data-driven decision-maker

13. Policy or regulatory experience

14. Masters degree
