Job Description

Project Manager position for framing and drywall specialty contractor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, procurement, and execution of a project
  2. Managing schedules
  3. Defining and communicating project objectives
  4. Compiling and planning budgets and estimates

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of light gauge framing and drywall preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Proactive and diligent in carrying out duties
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
  • Team player

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management and estimating
  • Willingness to travel between jobsites
  • Valid driver’s license
