**Job Description**
**Opera PMS Implementation** **Training/** **Consultant**
**LOCATION: UNITED STATES (REMOTE)**
**Travel:** **Up to** **50%**
At least 3 years hospitality industry experience and 3 years OPERA product exposure. Deep knowledge of the OPERA Cloud PMS product suite application.
+ Extensive knowledge of the OPERA PMS Suite
+ Will be responsible for new hire training and enhancing existing consultant product knowledge
+ Experience in end user training required
+ Opera V5, OXI & IFCs knowledge preferred
+ Extensive industry knowledge, chains and brands, wellconnected
+ Up to speed on the competition with competing products to ours
+ Intimate knowledge of hotel operations
+ Able to evaluate and understand individual hotel business needs and business rules to best leverage our products functionality
**Responsibilities**
Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational workflow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After "go-live", provide technical support to the customer.Disclaimer:

California Pay Range: from $21.15 to $41.15 per hour; from $44,000 to $85,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $19.95 to $37.07 per hour; from $41,500 to $77,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $19.95 to $39.13 per hour; from $41,500 to $81,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $22.31 to $39.13 per hour; from $46,400 to $81,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
