Position Overview: - This position is for a recognized subject matter expert in sales who achieves and maintains sales goals and targets, develops and closes complex proposals and sales presentations and leverages various resources to identify account prospects and business opportunities. Responsibilities: - Sets and executes short to long-term sales strategy for client mortgage products - Develops the project plan for the overall sales process for account work and monitors progress ensuring timeframes are effectively planned and high-quality products or solutions successfully delivered. - Identify, research, profile, and prospect medium to large segment accounts - Evaluates complex or large-scale account needs or expectations to generate sales presentations and formal participation proposals. - Develops an effective method for targeting and conducting sales cold calls to address and market to an evident business need, personal credibility and professional networks or leverage capabilities from internal solutions to engage prospective accounts and gain interest. - Facilitates the sales process for large or complex accounts; working to understand the account needs, gain the business, manage the pricing and scope negotiation process, and manage the entire sales process through contract signature. - Communicating with partners to understand their needs and reinforce product value by maintaining updated knowledge of product capabilities - Cultivate lasting relationships with clients & partners to grow customer loyalty - Works with third party consultants as a distribution channel on the business value of products and solutions to present and gain credibility within target prospects. - Checks in with high-level account stakeholders throughout the sales process and shortly after sales transactions have been completed to ensure the quality of service meets or exceeds expectations building a referral pipeline. - Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about client behavior - Is an acknowledged member of relevant professional and industry-related organizations, attends, contributes to and may plan conferences and relevant engagements, and distributes authored feasibility studies to expand and maintain a large professional network and gain exposure.
