Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a growing company in the Hudson, NY area. This position will be a temporary, part-time assignment lasting throughout the summer. Candidates will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing the company database and data entry system (which will be taught on the job), as well as greeting and directing customers and guests in person and via telephone. Candidates for this position will also be expected to handle certain document preparations such as copying, faxing, and mailing said documents.
- 1-3 years past customer service, administration, or receptionist experience mandatory
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with at risk youth, vocational and/or experience working in a school strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Strong Organizational and Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a culturally and economically diverse population
- Able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
- Professional and Energetic demeanor
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour
