Scheduling appointments and providing assistance in calendar management
Answer phones, screen calls and transfer to appropriate party
Be the first point of contact for all guest upon entry of the building and direct them when necessary
Assist in putting together various mailings and correspondence for both business partners and clients
Track all company literature and order when supplies are getting low
File, sort and scan all paperwork
Upload any paperwork into computer database
Assist with setting up company events
Update the company's database with client information
Set up and prepare meetings
Manage and review all social media websites; update as necessary
Order and manage all office supplies; maintain office equipment and schedule maintenance when necessary

3+ years' experience in Administrative work and/or other similar office positions
Capability of being able to work efficiently under little supervision and within a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Candidate must be personable and provide the ability to present themselves in a business-appropriate manner
Bachelor's Degree preferred, not a requirement!
