Customer Service Rep - Call Center

Ultimate Staffing Services is looking for exceptional customer service representatives who are fluent in Spanish/English for clients located in the Northern Baltimore County area. As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answers incoming calls from customers, internal and external staff
  • Accurately and promptly document orders, requests and customer information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and problems in a quick and efficient manner
  • Works efficiently within the team environment of the customer service department and contribute to team task accomplishment
  • Must be able to escalate any customer service questions that cannot be answered to Supervisor or in the absence of a supervisor to a Team Lead
  • Must keep constant professionalism and phone etiquette
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the goals of the company

  • Experience working within a call center
  • Fluent in Spanish/English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Must demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Use sensitivity and compassion when helping customers
  • Must have a high energy level and a passion for customer service

Employment Type:
  • Full time - Temp or Temp to Perm
  • Shift time may vary depending on client requirements
  • $16 - $19 per hour - based on experience and skills
