Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in concrete construction or residential construction
• Exceptional analtyical skills, communication, and leadership skills
• Creative, proactive, and highly driven
• Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current project management talent
• Connecting with custom home building contractors 
• Supervising team of project managers
• Handling relationships with other contractors and suppliers
• Business and Lead Development
