Call Center and Collections Representative

Advanced Resources has immediate openings for Customer Service and Call Center Representatives for our client located in the Des Plaines area. We are looking for energetic individuals who are extremely motivated and responsible!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Obtain vital information from customers while assessing situations.
• Input information accurately into the database in a timely manner.
• Communicate with other departments to assist customers, as necessary.
• Make sure customers are satisfied by providing thorough follow up.
• Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required.
• Comfortable working with multiple screens.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the workload volume.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
