MANAGEMENT ANALYST (TITLE 5) with Security Clearance
Control, manage and maintain the Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS)
Conduct Special Studie to assess Health of the Unit Readiness (HUR)
Analyze performance data to determine manpower, equipment, and facilities maintenance capabilities
Perform other duties as assigned

• This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968

• This position is designated as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparation for, or in response to, a state emergency or disaster declaration.
• This designation will not exceed 14 calendar days per year unless otherwise approved in advance by the TAG.
• Applicant must complete a Baseline Pre-Placement Screening for General Schedule positions within 30 days of appointment.
• Acceptance of a Federal position may terminate Tricare Reserve Select eligibility
Qualifications GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management
Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques
Experience using computer and automation systems
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must have at least 24 months or 1 year at the next lower level specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level
Experience, education, or training which has provided application of practices, theories, techniques, and methods of management
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and developing policies and procedures of local management
