We're currently looking for a dedicated and dependable Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team in Grapevine, TX. What you need to know:

• This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license and car insurance is required.
• Applicants must be 21 or older (due to insurance bonding requirements).

What We Do For You!

• Employee benefits start after 60 days;
• 3% employer matching 401K;
• Hourly rate of $16.00; paid semi-monthly;
• 2 Weeks Vacation, 7 Sick Days, 1 Personal Day.
• Company Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays
• Closed EVERY Sunday and Monday, so you are off!

What You'll Do For Us:

• Stocking & Organizing: Receive, sort, clean, and display donated items and furniture in the store and warehouse.
• Customer Service: Assist customers, operate the cash register, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Logistics Support: Help with pickups and deliveries, plan routes, and unload donations and deliveries.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings, support GRACE events, and work closely with team members to achieve our mission.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time;
• Must work Saturdays and some holidays;
• Must be able to work outside in hot/cold temperatures;
• Must have current/valid Driver License and good driving record;
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to driving and insurance requirements;

Other Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse and/or nonprofit experience preferred;
• Previous experience as a mover or with furniture delivery preferred;
