Kforce has a client that is seeking an IRS Call Center Agent - SCA in Pharr, TX.
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent required
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Ability to work within established turnaround times
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Strong preference for Spanish Speaking call center agents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekend
