Kforce has a client that is seeking an IRS Call Center Agent - SCA in Pharr, TX. Responsibilities:
  • Call Center Agent will be responding to numerous phone inquiries
  • Using standard technology: telephones, e-mail, and web browsers IN-Contact & AWS
  • Assisting callers in finishing online applications
  • Completing daily electronic call logs
  • Aa a Call Center Agent, you will be adhering to privacy rules
  • Connecting callers with leadership as needed for escalations
  • Responding to telephone inquiries within set time parameters
  • Call Center Agents complete all assigned training as necessary


  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent required
  • Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Strong preference for Spanish Speaking call center agents
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule nights and weekend
