Our Chesapeake office has grown exponentially, and this could be a great opportunity to join our fun-loving team, **onsite,** and help develop this expanding business. Our center is open 7 days per week (8AM-10PM, Monday-Friday and 9AM-10PM Saturday and Sunday) and we are seeking individuals to join us on the 12PM-9PM as well as the 1PM-10PM shift (5 days per week, including one day per weekend).

As a Customer Service Representative, you'd deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound call regarding billing inquiries, questions and issue resolution. You'll work with top technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. And, while experience with successfully meeting sales goals and targets would give you jumpstart, we provide robust training to ensure that all of our representatives are set up for success.

**What we offer:**

+ Competitive starting pay of $17/Hourly with monthly incentives, PTO, 401k, and paid training

+ Must have at least one-year experience in customer service

+ Must be able to work onsite in our Chesapeake, VA office

+ Must have full time, open availability to be scheduled any day, Sunday-Saturday

+ Must be available for training 1PM-10PM, Tuesday-Saturday
