Robert Half Finance has an open position at a fast-growing company for an outstanding Financial Analyst. This role, which is located in the Seattle, Washington, is a full-time employment opportunity. Salary: DOE Responsibilities: -Manages proposal and contract review forms, processes and procedures -Assists Project Managers with the development of fee allocations and budgets -Anticipates, identifies and resolves project cost issues -Maintains real time project financial information for project managers -Provides ongoing project reporting, cost analysis and data trends -Prepares weekly/monthly/annual fee and staff scheduling projections -Reviews project charges, consultant invoices and project resourcing -Works with Accounting to ensure approved fees are updated and allocated in accounting software Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree preferred, with emphasis in accounting or business administration -Minimum of four years? experience in an accounting position -Previous experience in architectural, construction or engineering management field preferred -Strong basic math skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy required -Understanding of accounting basics preferred -Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment -Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word -Experience with Deltek Vision preferred Contact Information: Please contact Scott Mertens at (206)-749-0960 or email him at scott.mertens@roberthalf.com

Job Requirements

- Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations - Spreadsheet and ERP system experience suggested - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement - Financial analysis planning (go-to-market experience preferable) - Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) - Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field - Skill with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required - Practical knowledge in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
