Position for a Contracts Manager

- Main focus is to ensure that all Sourcing / Procurement related contracts and contractual deliverables are processed on time and in accordance with the project/tender requirements.

- Ensure that the Sourcing / Procurement related contracts execution is followed properly as part of the assessment of the QCD (quality – cost - delivery) performance of suppliers.

- Establish the Sourcing contractual strategy (choice between subcontracting, purchase agreement, service agreement, purchase order, etc.) with the Cluster Sourcing Director (or equivalent) and Central Sourcing teams.

- Supplier claim management and recovery where suppliers are in default, notify Suppliers and follow-up in case of failure of contractual obligation.

- Communicate on contractualisation progress & associated risks to the Project/Tender teams and North America Legal Counsel and Sourcing/Procurement Contract Manager.

- Follow-up and support the implementation of contract amendments.

- Ensure management of contract documents.

Skills/Experience/Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or better (Master’s, MBA)

- Certifications like CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager), CCCM (Certified Commercial Contracts Manager), CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) will be a plus

- Must have previous experience with contracts management (related to SCM – supply chain management, procurement) working for Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering companies
