ROLE OVERVIEW

As part of our Housekeeping team your job is to provide guests with a professional, personalized housekeeping service at all times onboard in accordance with Viking's STAR Service Standards.

You will report to the Assistant Housekeeper Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ON BOARD

• Clean assigned areas (bathrooms, balconies, corridors, etc.) according to health policies.

• Stock and maintain lockers.

• Handle guest complaints and provide additional services (laundry, shoeshine, etc.).

• Follow health, safety, and security procedures.

• Adhere to grooming and image standards.

• Participate in luggage duty, training, and company activities.

Onboard our ship

• Most common rotation schedule is 8 weeks on board, 2 weeks off, which includes up to 12 weeks off per year

• Lodging (shared cabin with 1 other crewmember), meals, Wi-Fi, uniforms, and laundry are free of charge for all crew members

• Travel to/from the ship provided by Viking

• Crew-only deck and dedicated recreational activities
