$12.00 to $13.05 hourly
OfficeTeam is seeking an Office Assistant for a company located close to the downtown Louisville area. The Office Assistant will be required to undergo a background check and credit check. The hours for the Office Assistant are full-time, Monday - Friday, however, your shift will fall somewhere in between 11 am - 11 pm. You must be available to work any time between these hours!
The Office Assistant responsibilities include:
-Printing off orders and matching them up
-Counting and double counting your work
-Sending the completed order to the shipping/receiving department for processing

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Dependable, organized, and a quick learner
- Cashier / currency experience preferred but not required
