The Center of Hope for Behavioral Health, a nonprofit behavioral health organization, seeks a Master's-Level Counselor or Social Worker to provide outpatient counseling services on-site at Nashville Human Anti-Human Trafficking Collation.

This is a 100% in-office, W2 (employee) position with benefits.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds effectively
  • Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioral health concerns
  • Knowledge of and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Minimum of 2 years providing therapy services in a clinical setting
