OnTrac is hiring a Temporary Admin Assistant. This temporary position is expected to last through the end of the year.
Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
Copy, scan and upload documents into HRIS system.
Assist managers with clerical duties as assigned using various Microsoft Office programs.
- Organize all documentation to ensure compliance for QA, Safety and other audits.
- Assist with completion of reports as assigned.
- Perform other tasks or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
Knowledge Skills, and Abilities
This position requires:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
The ability to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
The ability to problem solve.
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced Excel experience
Works closely with the Admin Manager and Facility General Manager.
Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. May occasionally need to lift up to 50lbs.
Must possess a minimum of one year of administrative/clerical experience; or related schooling or training; or the equivalent combination of both. High School diploma or GED accepted with appropriate training and experience.
