Job Description

Assistant Center Administrator for Clinic – Come Join our Team!

Conviva Care Solutions is about togetherness, commitment and providing excellent healthcare. We are a management care organization representing physicians, practices, clinicians, and patients across the states of Florida and Texas.

Job Functions:
*Provide administrative support to the Center Administrator
*Create and provide statistical reports and presentations about productivity

*Assist patients and their inquiries
*Create and develop weekly, monthly reports
*Assist Administrator with payroll via ADP Workforce
*Schedule meetings

Requirements:

*Progressive experience in managed care contracting and/or provider relations

*Must have previous supervisory experience

*Knowledge of referrals and Surgical Coordination 

*Knowledge of Workforce ADP preferred 

*Must have knowledge of Insurance plans and previous insurance verification experience.

*Bilingual in English and Spanish
