Job Requirements

San Francisco ? Robert Half is assisting a corporate client in their search for a Junior HR Generalist for a long-term temporary role. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by assisting in the hiring process by onboarding new hires, participating in benefits administration, and more. Responsibilities may include: ? Implementing and administering employee policies ? Providing high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues ? Supporting the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience ? Offering proactive recruiting assistance ? Identifying ways to improve policies and procedures ? Preparing termination and severance letters ? Training and providing support to HR team members Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline ? 3+ years? experience in HR ? Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations ? Strong knowledge of hiring and onboarding processes ? Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment This position will begin as soon as the right candidate is found and onboarded. This will be an open-ended, long-term contract that may lead to full-time employment! This position will require 40 hours weekly during normal business hours. All work will be conducted on-site at the client?s Financial District location. Pay will be $35-45/hr., depending on experience.
