Title : ServiceNow Implementation Lead Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Must be in Austin office, no telecommuting from other cities/states)

Summary: We are looking for someone to lead the development, configuration, and implementation initiatives of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, & CMDB on our ServiceNow ITOM platform. Not only do we need you to map out and oversee the process but we want someone who can actually lead the implementation each product. You'll need the vision and the ability to put that vision in to action.

Job Description:

• Architect must design and architect ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, GRC and Security Operations modules.


• Complete detailed documentation for architectural design of solutions.


• Advise where out of the box functionality can achieve a desired outcome instead of resorting to customization as part of the demand management process.


• Develops solutions/patterns across the ServiceNow platform to utilize automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow, focused on leveraging business services with out of the box capabilities.


• Work closely with ITSM Architects to ensure designs, configurations, development and implementations are in accordance with best practices and utilize out of the box functionality when able.

• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
  
  
  
  • Prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, webservices, email, etc.
  
  
  • Extensive experience in strategy development, implementation and planning of Service Management solutions.
  
  
  • In-depth expertise in technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow will be leveraged to construct an execution roadmap that meets stakeholder objectives and the broader enterprise vision.
  
  
  
  


• ServiceNow and ITIL Certifications a plus


• Excellent written and verbal communication
