The Administrative Assistant is responsible for duties such as data entry; preparing and processing internal purchase order to assist Logistics team with making the distribution of mats and equipment more efficient and organized.

Responsibilities
- Answering phones calls, calling customers, and vendors to follow-up on appointments and deadlines.
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company order and shipping requests.
- Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders.
- Distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and field.
- Ensuring the quality of all services provided meets the required customer expectation.
- Help with developing more efficient and organized processes for mat distribution
- Communicate and work to resolve tracking and shipping error as needed
- Assist with making special shipping arrangements as necessary
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, time management and effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use computers, software, and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
- Ability to lean and utilize company specific programs
