This position will provide engineering and third level support for Teams platforms and related services. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate deep technical skills, proficiency with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Teams. The position will analyze, design and deliver solutions on the Teams platform. Other responsibilities are providing guidance on the architecture and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 Groups and providing technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment.

•Present Teams and Office 365 Platform Services across all organizational levels (Technical, PM's and Executives).
•Troubleshoot Teams implementations, experience with assessing, architecting and supporting Office 365 Groups.
•Analyze, architect, design and deliver solutions on the following Teams platform components.
•Architecture and engineering of Microsoft Office 365 Groups, Teams, providing guidance and deep technical knowledge on various Teams architecture elements deployed in an Enterprise environment.
•Capture, triage, troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalate when needed, engage 3rd parties as needed to fulfill support needs.
•Service Health monitoring using MS 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notifications.
•Resolve and act as escalation and coordination point for Teams incidents and problems related to escalations from service desk and performs root cause analysis.
•Requirements gathering for design, development and deployment of a platform or product ensuring adequate resiliency.
•Act as Subject Matter Expert on Teams support and operations.
•Experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting Teams Online and troubleshooting Modern Authentication.
•Must have experience with either Teams or Skype for Business.
•Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills as well as collaboration skills.
•Able to convey technical concepts to individuals without prior technical knowledge or understanding of topics.
•Able to coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations or integration activities.
•Ability to perform client testing, server patching and deployment assistance.
•Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting IT infrastructures including servers, networks, storage systems, desktops and laptops.
•Must be able to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends and/or during change windows outside of normal business hours.
•Experience working with AWS and Azure cloud environment.
•Experience using a Helpdesk system – BMC Remedy is a plus.
•High school diploma/GED and 16 years related experience OR
•Bachelor’s degree with an accredited college in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, engineering, math, or science and 8 years related experience.
