These roles will work onsite at the corporate office in Carlsbad, report to the Director of HR and be part of a collaborative small team.
Human Resources Coordinator:
Entry level coordinator opportunity
2+ years of Administrative experience
6+ months Human Resource related experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
$22/hr
Recruiter:
2+ years Full Cycle recruiting experience
Bachelor degree
HRIS experience
$32/hr
Benefits Specialist:
2+ years Benefits Specialist experience
Advanced knowledge of California Labor Laws, especially LOA
Bachelor Degree
$65k annual
