Job Requirements

The Customer Service role will attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's vision.
  • Interacting with customers effectively and efficiently through email, phone calls, and social media channels.
  • Cross-functioning with other departments within the organization to effectively respond to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Answering consumer inquiries via various communication channels regarding order status, returns, missing package claims, shipping information, coupon adjustments, and ensure follow up until inquiry is closed.
  • Reviewing orders daily for possible issues regarding order fulfillment, address issues, and fraud issues.


Work Experience
  • AT LEAST 2 years of experience with E- Commerce
  • Bilingual Required
  • Prior Customer Support Software experience (Freshdesk and/or Gorgias)
  • Amazon Seller Central: 1+ year (preferred)
  • ERP System: 1+ year
  • CRM experience
  • Professional and proactive demeanor
  • Have experience handling high-volume workflow in a professional setting
  • Quickly becoming familiar with brand voice, software platforms, and common issues
