Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Johnston, Rhode Island (RI). Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls to handle customer inquiries
  • Process claims and rectify problems
  • Assist with enrolling new clientele
  • Assist clients with technological assistance
  • Handle fulfillment requests
  • Manage about 100 accounts
  • Process shipping for goods
  • Additional projects as requested

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years of strong customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Basic Excel and Word skills
