Job Description

Looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent organization, customer service, and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years deskside or helpdesk experience preferred.
Must have A+ certification or be able to achieve it soon after hire.
Experience or certifications for network printers preferred.

Other Comptia Certs like Server+, Network+, security+ are preferred
Experience supporting HP and Microsoft products. Laptops, desktops, printers, servers, Win7, Win8, Win10, office.
Leadership experience and the ability to work with, train, and motivate coworkers is a plus.

Previous team lead, site lead, supervisor experience is a plus.
Candidate must be able to:
-Work Independently and think on the fly.
-Solve issues desk side.

-Think critically and be able to analyze a situation to provide the best outcome.
-Install and configure operating systems.
-Answer how to questions and resolve complex issues related to applications, printers, and connectivity.
-Setup and install new PC's, printers, and peripherals.
-Repair laptops, desktops and printers.
-Maintain a positive outlook, be professional, and provide excellent customer service.
-Have a reliable vehicle and travel locally between Customer locations.
-Lift and move desktop PC's, network printers, and peripherals.
