Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Customer Service Representative in New Hyde Park, New York (NY). Job Duties:
  • Receive inbound calls
  • Assist callers with any questions regarding their shipments
  • Other duties as assigned
Training:
  • Paid training provided - about two weeks
  • Shift options are Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday either 3pm - 11pm or Overnight

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree
  • Customer Service /Call Center experience
