TITLE: Tech Support
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Camden County, NJ
START DATE: Immediate
Schedule: 830-5 pm Mon-Fri

Our client located in Camden County, NJ has an immediate need for a customer-service-centric IT support professional. This fast-growing company has an excellent culture and the team will train you on everything you need to know about their systems in order to successfully support their customers. The ideal candidate has ambitions to move up the IT infrastructure ranks and will have a clear career path to move from L1 daily user to L2 project support within 12 months.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality over quantity technical phone support for Android tablets, cell phones and mobile devices
  • Offer superior customer service and make end-users feel like they were your only call for the day.
  • Balance incoming support calls, emails, and tickets at the same time while documenting in the internal ticketing
  • Ability to solve problems and escalate accordingly in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a key member of the mobile device management team and be available for an on-call rotation every five to six weeks
  • Communicate effectively to both external customers and internal employees/managers
  • Continue to gain product and technical knowledge
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field is required
  • 1+ year on a formal help desk using a ticketing system is a plus but someone with no experience could be a fit.
  • Aptitude for mobile devices is a must have.  Experience with mobile device break/fix or MDM is a big plus.
  • Proficiency within Microsoft Excel with the ability to run pivot tables and v-lookups
  • Attention to detail within documenting and reporting is crucial
  • Comfort with working over the phone 100% of the time
