Description: Large beef manufacturer in Michigan is seeking Fabrication Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor the first shift fabrication technicians
- Ensure proper technique to maximize yield and accuracy of cuts
- Ensure safety and quality procedures are being followed
- Report to the Production Manager
Requirements:
- 2+ years fabrication supervisor experience in the beef industry
- Open to shift
- Strong leadership skills
- Stable work history
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
Company will pay relocation expenses. They have options for renters and home owners.
