This Office Assistant position, located in the Red Bank, New Jersey area, is perfect for individuals seeking long-term temporary-to-full-time employment. Major responsibilities - Submit data in various forms into electronic systems - Dispatch calls to the appropriate parties - Maintain office facility and resources - Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments

Job Requirements

- Answer Inbound Calls experience desired - Data entry experience preferred - Well-founded grasp of Friendly Personality - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Proven knowledge of email - General familiarity with Microsoft Office - Deliver Mail experience - Copying experience - Deep understanding of customer service - Quality experience with Paper Filing - Skills to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements - An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests - Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred - Ability to complete general office work, operate basic office equipment, and route incoming materials - Ability to multitask effectively - Succeed independently with tasks /r/n/r/nDo you have a natural team oriented attitude and want to take your career to the next level?
