Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in search of an Operations Coordinator in Miami, Florida (FL).

Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is a temporary position, responsible for providing administrative support for the operations two departments. The role interfaces across various teams within the Operations to support our teacher to process payment inquiries, and absence forms. The candidate must be an excellent communicator and adept at toggling between many types of communication avenues in our virtual world. Additionally, the candidate must possess organizational ability, a high degree of accuracy, and will be empowered to be self-sufficient toward the goal of ensuring that our teachers are provided the right information in a timely manner while adhering to our academic policies and compliance procedures.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate in Business or Communications or 4 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience

  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, proficient in Google tools such as Gmail and Google Drive

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to independently manage work time

  • DropBox knowledge a plus
