Journeyman Computer User Support Specialist /Systems Administrat with Security Clearance
* Develops strong communications and working relationships with other support teams.
* Manages objects within the Microsoft Active Directory Organizational Unit structure, to include but not limited to, Group Policy management and configuration, management of computer/user objects.
* Evaluates computer hardware and software deficiencies and make recommendations to procure items necessary to correct deficiencies.
* Performs system backups. Qualifications * Associates degree in technical discipline or 2 years of equivalent relevant professional experience.
* Additional training, certification, and/or years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
* Experience with SCCM and/or Tanium.
* Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office applications including MS Teams and O365.
* Must possess or obtain DoD 8570.01-M certification within 6 months of hire (A+, Security+ preferred).
* Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines while actively documenting all work performed via designated ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
* Team player.
* Outstanding Customer Service skills.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
* Able to take proactive measures to prevent problems rather than reactive by nature.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen with and active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
