CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/ORDER PICKER
Spectra Metals is looking for a qualified individual with prior administrative assistant, office experience, customer service experience to join our team. Must at a minimum possess a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work without supervision. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Branch Administrators must be able to work flexible and extended hours, including Saturdays and holidays as required, but usually less than one Saturday per quarter.
- Strong familiarity with administrative, office and data entry computer functions is critical
- It is essential that the Branch Administrator possess strong customer skills while maintaining unquestionable integrity.
- Greet customers with friendly and positive attitude
- Enter orders accurately
- Call route customers for orders, taking every opportunity to increase sales
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Prior administrative experience required
- Prior experience with inventory and cycle counts helpful
- 18 Years of age or older
- Strong Computer Skills
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- High School Degree or GED
- Work in a warehouse atmosphere
