A Program Analyst supporting Clinical Affairs is sought.  S/he will provide administrative and management support to the Manager, Office of Outcomes, Assessment and Support (OAS).  Responsible for assisting in the developing, maintaining and distributing the program’s Standard Operating Procedures. Manage and facilitate the flow of essential information with the government leadership, and work closely with the program manager to support overarching CA efforts Conduct trainings and presentations regarding program policy and procedures.

*This position is contingent upon contract award* 



Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must be proficient with a multitude of Windows based, email and internet computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
  • Demonstrates accountability for practice through planned and continuous professional growth.
  • S/he must adhere to legal, professional and ethical codes with respect to confidentiality and privacy.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and management support to the Manager, Office of Outcomes, Assessment and Support (OAS).
  • Provides input on manpower utilization, work flow, and operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity, and make overall improvements for the program.
  • Responsible for assisting in the developing, maintaining and distributing OAS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manages and facilitates the flow of essential information between the OAS, the network sites and other TBICOE staff.
  • Assists in the development and maintains guidelines for the utilization of the outcomes database.
  • Conducts trainings and presentations regarding program policy and procudres.
  • Independently generates reports and briefings as requested by leadership.
  • Provides analytical support for the TBICOE program.
  • Facilitates the collection of quality data from various agencies.
  • Coordinates meetings as needed, with the Service POCs and other agencies for TBI.


Qualifications

  • Minimum Education/Training Requirements: Master’s Degree in administration, or planning preferred.
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years of program management experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and administering a health program preferred.
  • Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems of care required.
  • Physical Capabilities: Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry light items – up to 25 lbs.
  • May encounter patients who are confused, agitated, or abusive.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities/Controls: None.
  • Work Environment: Office and clinical environment. Must be available to travel locally, regionally.
  • The work location is remote contingent on clients need.
