May be required to often make a shorter worker climb up on either a portable step
stool or the rack itself to facilitate tray/basket loading at the
racks’/dolly’s upper levels. The Loader’s job represents a blend of internally paced (loading the trays
according to order requirements) and externally paced (ensuring the loading
process is sufficiently rapid to prevent the conveyor system from backing up
with product baskets/trays. Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity and
certification of the SQF system. Responsible for reporting and taking any
necessary action to prevent
food safety and food quality problems from occurring. Responsible for following
and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food
Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan and any other programs that support the
SQF system and other 3rd party audits. Manufacturing Transformation
