We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with an experienced focus on Nursing to join our dynamic health care recruitment team. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will primarily be responsible for actively sourcing and hiring experienced Nurses from competitive talent markets. Responsibilities include:
- Managing Full Life Cycle Recruiting in a high volume environment
- Utilizing Workday, an elite, highly effective ATS system
- Developing recruitment sourcing strategic plans
- Advising hiring managers on HR policies, procedures and labor laws

Minimum licensure/certification required (if applicable):
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
B.S. in Human Resources, or related field. Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred. Four plus years of experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a health care environment. Advanced level knowledge in all recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, advertising, qualifying and selecting candidates, negotiating and closing employment offers, networking and relationship management.
Must be internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases and have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures. Experience with Peoplesoft, Position Manager, Work Day, Excel and other Microsoft products highly desirable. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse employee population. Visual and auditory acuity.
