Manpower is now hiring for a Direct Hire 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor at one of our National Accounts in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a distribution center for beauty products

What will you be doing?
*This is a "hands on / working" supervisor role - 25% time spent in office, 75% time on WH floor
*Oversees department of 5-10 employees
*General responsibilities include supervision of the shipping processes and responsibilities include safety, on time shipping of orders, proper packaging and labeling of shipping containers, achieve productivity and labor cost targets, establish high performing team and housekeeping that is tour ready condition at all times.
What you bring to the job:
*Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum of 2-3 years of people and warehouse leadership experience
*Hands-on management experience in a fast paced, high volume distribution environment.
*Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills.
