This essential role is for someone who loves organization, order, and people. Are you looking for a long-term temporary-to-full-time General Office Clerk role? If you're in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, and can perform various administrative support tasks, including: operating office equipment and completing general clerical work, this might be the job for you! Your responsibilities: - Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format - Provide front desk and receptionist support - Receive and place telephone calls as needed - Demonstrate command of such tasks as: data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing - Provide support to other employees with diverse projects as necessary

Job Requirements

- Strong time management and organizational skills - Employer recommends 1 year of Office Clerk experience - Show ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel - Capable of handling traditional office equipment (e.g. phones, printers, scanners, etc.) - Knowledge of filing - Solid understanding of mail processing - Strong familiarity with scanning - Ability to multitask and communicate with individuals of all backgrounds - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Applicants must apply with a high school diploma or its equivalent
