Job Description

Kelly Services is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Swedesboro, NJ. Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule:  Monday - Friday; 1st shift
Duration:  12 months 
Anticipated start date:   April 2019
~~~Interested/ Qualified candidates can reach out to lynm430@kellyservices.com for questions.~~~ As an Administrative Assistant placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for maintaining daily administration of project information, using a range of web-based tools DUTIES
Serve as a key contact to staff throughout the Relocation Events Calendar
Provide support in the distribution of high-level communications
Implement a wide range of decisions and plans developed by the project team and other internal staff
Provide efficient scheduling support; serving as back-up support for Project Manager when needed
Tracking issues and ensuring effective, timely follow-up
Ability to develop additional skills that allow for increased efficiency of admin operations
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with detail orientation and accuracy
Other duties and tasks as assigned by Project Manager  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 
High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 1- 2 years of relative experience in administrative support
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. 
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.  
Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products). Why Kelly?
