We are currently searching for a bilingual call center rep for a client near our branch. The ideal bilingual call center represenative must be proficient with all data/order entry functions, working with customers over the phone regarding questions/issues, working in a fast pace call center setting, and having strong communication skills. The customer service representative should also be proficient with computer systems, and handling customers with a high level of customer service. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred. •Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) including proficiency
•Must be detail oriented, have excellent communication, have the ability to multi-task, and solve difficult problems, and be dedicated to your job to be successful
•Have the ability to work with customers in all situations and experience with CRM systems is helpful
•Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
