Customer Service Representative
Title: Installer Relations Service Rep
Location: Englewood, CO
Day-to-day:
• Work across various departments such as Support Field Operations and Dealer Sales Channel
• Field inbound calls from field service technicians to assist them with various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize ticketing system as well as calls to receive inbound service requests
• Research customer information for accuracy and verify external work orders as needed
• Support retail partners by fielding inbound calls from the Dealer Sales Channel
• Work in a tech-centered role learning and utilizing cross-functional information to resolve customer requests
• Support inter-company special technical projects as needed
