A Halsey and Tangent area company has an immediate temporary to hire need for an Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of the team! The Administrative Assistant will support the production manager, and will create correspondence, generate reports and coordinate other general office support functions. This role will lead into the production side of the business-which is very specialized and requires considerable aptitude and capability. The Administrative Assistant will be answering phones, scheduling service calls, responding to emailed support requests, monitoring and tracking contract renewals, and certificates, preparing quotes in conjunction with the sales team. The Administrative Assistant will also be, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing and faxing. The motivated Administrative Assistants should have strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. They will be creating presentations and tracking and updating reports and data. The Administrative Assistant will also have stellar data entry and Internet research skills. Customer service skills are critical in this role so the Administrative Assistant must be well versed in relationship building, have an excellent phones presence, strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a team environment and willing to step and help day to day tasks. Job Requirements

- Ability to use the internet for research - Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills - Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Report generation experience - Previous experience working with Microsoft Access - Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Comprehension of MS Outlook - Internet experience - Adeptness in editing - Typing under 45 words per minute experience highly valued - Numeric 6,000 - 8,000 KPH experience required - Earlier work involving records maintenance - Professional application of spelling and grammar experience - General familiarity with Numeric 8,001 - 10,000 KPH - Background working with composing various kinds of correspondence - Foundational knowledge in typing 45 - 60 words per minute - Practical knowledge of email - Good understanding of Microsoft Word - Proofreading experience highly preferred - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred We are seeking passionate, ambitious candidates that are interested in growing and supporting our dynamic company.
