Stoneridge Software is looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy person who will be responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement including: post implementation support, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The key purpose of this role is hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, administration and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform as well as assisting clients in the implementation of additional features and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This individual will also use their industry expertise to help develop Stoneridge Software's growing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Client Services team.

This position is available on a **REMOTE** basis in the United States or **REMOTE** in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

**A Day in the Life**

+ Provide technical knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role

+ Manage the support queue including logging and properly tracking support cases for Dynamics 365 CE clients in a timely manner

+ Design, configuration and testing of core Dynamics Customer Engagement and Power Platform

+ Work with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis

+ Convert requirements to functional specs in order to deliver a solution

+ Represent Stoneridge Software by communicating with clients regarding Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement support cases via telephone, electric correspondence, and in person

+ Triage client issues and scope time and resources required to provide solutions

+ Solve client technical support issues through utilization of product knowledge, business acumen, cloud and infrastructure expertise

+ Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and Microsoft's product offerings and enhancements

+ Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Dynamics 365 CE Stoneridge Software clients

+ Help define and create support processes across Dynamics 365 CE capabilities

+ Participate in 24/7 support rotation

+ Collaborate with resources from other teams/groups as needed to resolve client issues

+ Strong knowledge troubleshooting system, network and infrastructure issues

+ Extensive Techno-Functional knowledge in Dynamics 365CE and Power Platform

+ Excellent communication, planning and organization skills

+ Demonstrated customer service excellence

+ Strong technical writing ability

+ Ability to work in a team environment and independently

+ Curiosity and excitement for continuous learning of new software and market conditions

+ Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
